I can not get enough of Sarah Horne, I think this illustration is simplistically fantastic and has a playful quality that I am extremely envious of . She is an inspiration that never fails to give me new ideas . Thank you Sarah .

Newspaper City

These two photos are from a project I helped to create in Brighton City Collage, where we made a city in the studio out of newspaper and tape all rolled up . Several strong designs including immitations of pirate ships, the louvre and wigwams. Let me know what you think and if you have done anything similar. x

This is a drawing I created looking at negative space and how it can be more powerful to draw the gaps  (or what is missing) rather than what is actually there.


Any comments or suggestions on how to take this idea of space and object further , thanks.

portfolios with wheels?

hey I am fresh back from london town and having dragged my large portfolio up and down the country I am struggling to understand why a portfolio with wheels has not yet been designed??Let me know if you see one or why this is possibly the worst design idea ever?
